Personal Care
All CNAs and HHAs Caregivers are rigorously vetted and have a necessary credentials to assist you with the Activities of Daily Living such as Personal Care, Bathing, Assistance with self administration of medications, Assistance with prescribed range of motion exercise, Assistance with mobility devices, Assistance with preparing special diets, Measure intake and output, Taking vital signs, Assisting with glucometer, in-home respite care and more.
Companionship
We refer homemakers and companions that are able to provide meaningful interactions and assistance with daily activities such as light housekeeping, meals preparation, laundry, shopping, companionship and escort to doctor’s appointment.

Additionally, lacking social connection increases risk of premature death by more than 60%, (US Department of HHS).
Specialized Care
Our specialized care services are tailored to meet unique individual needs with expertise and empathy. The RN/ LPN are available for the clients needing skilled nursing services such as wound care, medication management, injections, disease management, IV infusions. They will work in collaboration and with the directions of your physician.

We used Grace Elder for two months so far. The owner, Maria, is beyond the best. She went way above and beyond the call of duty. She filled in at the last minute herself for doing overnights when we requested additional service. She cleaned, helped make meals, let the dog out for a few minutes if needed. We cannot heap all of the praise on her that she truly deserves. She treated my aunt like family, as if my aunt was her own mother. Truly consider Grace Elder.
